Welcome to our store! Please read the terms and conditions below before placing an order.
1. Handmade & Custom Products
All of our items are handmade and crafted to order. Every mini guitar is unique and may slightly vary in color, wood grain, or engraving due to the natural materials and handcrafting process.
2. Personalization
We offer custom engraving on the front and back of each guitar. Please double-check the spelling and wording of your message before submitting your order. We are not responsible for typos or mistakes provided by the customer.
3. Processing Time
Our usual processing time is 2–5 business days. During peak seasons (such as holidays), production time may be slightly extended. We’ll always do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible without compromising on quality.
4. Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery time varies by destination and carrier. Once your order has shipped, we will provide a tracking number (if available). We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.
Estimated delivery time:
- 15-25 business days days for the orders from Europe
- 15-25 business days for the orders from USA
- 15-25 business days for the orders from Asia
- 20-30 business days for the orders from Australia, Canada and New Zealand
5. Returns & Cancellations
Because each item is personalized and made to order, we do not accept exchanges, or cancellations after the item has entered production.
Cancellation of your order is possible within 12 hours after placing the order.
However, if your item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll do our best to resolve the situation.
6. Taxes & Customs
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
